Toolalla Koolies is pleased to announce the joining
between Toolalla Holly and Borahview Dipper on the 26th
April. Although previously we have been against the use of solids in our
breeding program and have in the past, found the purity of solids
questionable, we are now open to exploring a new breeding methodology
within the Toolalla camp. There remain some reservations among the
Toolalla team regarding the choice of mate for Holly, but ultimately the
decision lies with Holly’s owner and after much discussion it was agreed
that this mating may be an exciting step forward for Toolalla Kennels.
We are always willing to improve the koolie breed and our own
bloodline, and therefore this change in our thought process around
breeding is intended to be beneficial. This will be
our first litter bred using a solid dog and although not previously
interested in solids, we could not ignore the beautiful pups Dipper has
sired in the past as well as his extensive bloodline containing many
outstanding koolies.
We hold huge expectations for this litter and are
confident these puppies will be of exceptional quality as both Dipper
and Holly and known for.
I would also like to say a huge thanks to Leith of
Borahview Koolies who has been an immense help in assisting finding the
perfect mate for Holly. She was an invaluable source of information and
has many beautiful dogs. |
